+ Drinking and/or eating
Being replenished of energy -> drink & eat -> feel satisfied and energised. Magic.
Making those powerful practises extra powerful
Be in the moment, give attention to whatever information comes from the outside, or the inside of your body. Let go of expectations, or planning for the future, or reflections on the past. Mindfulness or yoga practices can help you with those extra power-ups.
My lessons in a Buddhist monastery in the Himalaya's started like this:
First, be pure. Eat, sleep, don't lie, be kind
Second, Read the scripts. Educate yourself about the world, about truth.
Third, meditate. So you can experience that what you have learned is true.
